Most dips (except Tuna/Chicken Salad Seasoning, Crab, Spinach and Shrimp) require only Mayonnaise and Sour Cream and 15 minutes prep time. Since the great flavor comes from the seasoning pack, you can substitute light or fat free without substituting for taste. All dips - except the Tuna/Chicken Salad mix - will make 2 1/2 cups of dip.
